GT Anywhere is a virtual learning environment designed for gifted students seeking acceleration. We combine AI-driven academics with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schools cannot: unlimited learning speed, rigorous depth across sciences and humanities, and a network of intellectually curious peers. In this role, you'll mentor students in grades 3–8 who are ready to advance faster. You won't be delivering lessons—our technology does that.

• Conducting biweekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and mindset development
• Hosting open office hours where students can drop in for immediate support, guidance, or problem-solving
• Leveraging AI tools and tracking dashboards to monitor student progress, spot obstacles, and refine your coaching strategies
• Documenting observations, alerts, and tactical updates to keep each student progressing on an accelerated growth path
• Working closely with your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

• Teaching content, evaluating assessments, or assigning coursework—our technology manages the instructional component
• Presenting lectures or adhering to a prescribed curriculum
• Hand-holding or closely monitoring unmotivated students—we mentor, we don't micromanage
• Attending excessive meetings or navigating bureaucratic processes
• Going through the motions—this team is designed for individuals committed to high performance and meaningful impact

Drive quantifiable academic progress and student engagement for virtual learners by providing frequent, high-impact mindset coaching within a fully remote, technology-enabled environment.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or inspiring students in grades K–8
• Demonstrated excellence in any domain—academic achievement, competitive sports, business ventures, or creative arts
• Strong online presence and capacity to build rapport with students efficiently via Zoom/Google Meet
• Proficient with dashboards and digital tools for monitoring and optimizing performance
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) across various global time zones

• Experience in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational disciplines
• Familiarity with homeschooling communities or alternative education models

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
