Brave Generation Academy (BGA) is reimagining education for students aged 12 and up. Our mission is to help young Learners excel academically, grow personally, and prepare for a future full of opportunities. We combine accredited online academic programs with in-person guidance from dedicated Learning Coaches to create a personalized, future-ready learning experience.

As BGA expands into the United States with our first Hub in Oklahoma City, we’re looking for a Business Expansion Associate who is ready to make an impact, build relationships, and help shape the future of education locally. At BGA, we value bravery, initiative, and curiosity, and we’re seeking someone ready to take ownership, embrace challenges, and grow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and engage prospective families, schools, and community partners across Oklahoma City
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding families through the admissions process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Represent BGA at education fairs, school visits, parent nights, local events, and community gatherings
- Support marketing alignment and outreach initiatives in collaboration with head office
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversion activity using a CRM (Hub Spot)
- Assist with onboarding and coordination for Learners joining BGA Hubs
- Build and nurture local community relationships to strengthen BGA’s presence and reputation
- Uphold professional standards and confidentiality in all interactions
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, admissions, or outreach (education sector experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, energetic, and proactive, with the ability to execute independently
- Comfortable guiding families and community members through decisions
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred)
- Based in or near Oklahoma City with availability for in-person meetings and events
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work when required
- Passion for education, community engagement, and creating positive change
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Starting salary: $48,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience
- Incentive plan aligned with enrollment milestones and strategic objectives

- Travel support for required events and onboarding training
- Opportunity to grow into a Learning Coach (LC)/Leadership role as BGA expands in the US
- Schedule:
Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT, with occasional evenings/weekends for events - This is an at-will position governed by U.S. and Oklahoma labor laws
