• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, learning & development, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Experience hosting live and/or virtual training sessions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience creating training on AI or other technical topics
• Experience building new (0-1) programs
