What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Support the customer life cycle for partners, including training and professional development
- Develop expertise in the Harmony Curriculum and SEL content to ensure implementation success
- Create and maintain comprehensive implementation plans with partners
- Deliver training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness through feedback
- Assist in the development of professional learning events and materials
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required
- Minimum of three (3) years of coaching, mentoring, or training experience required
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and effective instructional strategies preferred
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant teaching experience preferred
- Project management experience is desirable
- Experience in higher education preferred
- Background in delivering SEL content
Salary up to $76,800.00
