This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnership Manager, located in Los Angeles, CA. While some work-from-home arrangements are acceptable, the role requires anon-site presence for certain responsibilities. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions and employers, facilitating work-based learning programs, coordinating events, and ensuring program success. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, program development, and adherence to strategic goals.

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the educational and workforce development sector
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
