Organization: Sarah’s Spanish School
Location: Remote (U.S.

-based)
Hours: Part-time, flexible (approximately 5–15 hours per week)
Compensation: Hourly, competitive, based on experience

About the Role

Sarah’s Spanish School partners with Catholic schools and dioceses across the United States to provide mission-aligned Spanish language programs for elementary and middle school students. We are a partner and sponsor of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) and currently serve hundreds of Catholic schools across multiple dioceses nationwide
.

We are seeking a part-time Catholic School Outreach Coordinator to support consistent, call-focused outreach to Catholic schools in dioceses where we already work and have diocesan approval. This role is not sales-driven or commission-based
, but it does involve regular, daily outbound calling to school leaders.

Many schools have already received mailings or communications from us, making much of the outreach familiar or warm. Comfort with high-volume, respectful phone outreach is essential.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in Catholic education who understands diocesan culture and is comfortable speaking with principals and school administrators by phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make targeted outbound calls to Catholic school principals and administrators

  • Conduct consistent daily outreach using prepared school lists within approved dioceses

  • Reference diocesan alignment or approval appropriately and professionally

  • Identify the appropriate contact for academic planning and decision-making

  • Set up brief planning conversations between schools and our team

  • Schedule calls directly on our calendar during conversations

  • Maintain clear notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in our internal tracking system

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with school leaders at all times

What This Role Is — and Is Not

This role IS:

  • Call-focused, consistent daily outreach

  • Relationship-based and mission-aligned

  • Focused exclusively on Catholic schools and dioceses

  • Part-time and flexible

  • Structured and supported (not improvisational)

This role is NOT:

  • High-pressure sales

  • Commission-based

  • Telemarketing to random schools

  • Script-driven or aggressive outreach

Ideal Candidate Background

This role is well suited for individuals with experience such as:

  • Catholic school administrator (principal or assistant principal)

  • Diocesan schools office staff

  • Catholic school admissions or enrollment coordinator

  • Retired or part-time Catholic educator

  • Education consultant with Catholic school experience

Experience working within Catholic education and comfort speaking with school leaders by phone are essential.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience working in or closely with Catholic schools or dioceses

  • Comfort speaking by phone with principals and school administrators

  • Comfort making repeated outbound calls as a core part of the role

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Organized, reliable follow-through

  • Availability during some U.S. school hours (Monday–Friday)

Preferred (not required):

  • Prior outreach, admissions, or enrollment experience

  • Familiarity with diocesan structures

  • Experience documenting outreach and follow-up activities

Why This Role Matters

This position helps Catholic schools explore sustainable ways to offer Spanish while remaining faithful to their mission and practical realities. You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting schools as they plan thoughtfully for their students and communities, while representing a program that is already trusted and widely used within Catholic education.

How to Apply

Please apply through the NCEA job board. Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief conversation to discuss fit, availability, and next steps.
