- Working with a cross-functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop groundbreaking methods that transform social studies instruction and student experience.
- Converting intricate historical and geographic ideas into compelling, accessible material enriched by AI-powered customization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead measurable progress in students command of social studies content, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge through innovative, AI-powered approaches.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
