• Leveraging AI tools to create interactive simulations that make historical events and geographic concepts concrete and unforgettable for learners.
• Examining learning analytics to identify trends that shape adaptive learning pathways, making each student s experience both engaging and productive.
• Building innovative digital content that animates historical personalities and world regions, including virtual time travel experiences and immersive cultural deep-dives.
• Working with a cross-functional team of educators and technology specialists to develop groundbreaking methods that transform social studies instruction and student experience.
• Converting intricate historical and geographic ideas into compelling, accessible material enriched by AI-powered customization.

• Overseeing conventional curriculum structures or getting tied up in administrative tasks—this position centers on innovation and tangible impact.

Lead measurable progress in students  command of social studies content, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge through innovative, AI-powered approaches.

• Bachelor s degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
