This position is dedicated exclusively to motivating students—not managing assignments, enforcing rules, or following lesson scripts. Novatio School has redesigned traditional education by prioritizing curiosity, creativity, and self-assurance. Students complete their core academics in just two concentrated hours each morning using an AI-driven learning system. The afternoons are reserved for exploration: students participate in experiential workshops that build practical skills and broaden their sense of what s achievable.

This position is not about overseeing a conventional online classroom—it's about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students as they pursue their aspirations, and unlocking their true potential. • Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
• Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, experiential learning methods
• Building a supportive, dynamic virtual environment that encourages experimentation and personal development
• Leveraging learning analytics and student insights to personalize support and motivation
• Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultural backgrounds to provide a compelling, adaptable educational experience

• Instructing core academic curriculum (our AI tutors manage that)
• Adhering to a fixed timetable or prescriptive teaching framework
• Conducting lecture-based, one-directional instruction

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
• Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
• Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
• Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school

• Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
• Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
• Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
