About the Role We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled TRUST Primary SENCO Lead to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team at The Mead Educational Trust (TMET).This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a culture of excellence, ambition, and inclusion. • Solution focused expertise alongside a strong coach that enables others to thrive.
• The confidence and ability to communicate the trust’s vision for SEND, enhancing practice in all settings and creating an equitable offer across TMET Primaries.
