Alpha School demonstrates that literacy transformation does not depend on traditional 6‑hour school days. Our 2‑Hour Learning approach combines AI‑adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading progress.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers.
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate practical insights.
• Working alongside engineers to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Building scalable, AI‑supported curriculum materials that help early elementary students reach grade‑level reading standards.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and ability to respond to student engagement patterns within these systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Availability to work on‑site at one of our locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 per hour, which equates to $100,000 per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period is weekly.
