Your role: create and execute workshops that generate measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our expansion of this program to campuses nationwide.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops that develop phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
• Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑supported content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade‑level reading proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student interactions within these platforms
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Available to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
