We're seeking a skilled MTSS professional to lead the deployment of an AI-driven Multi-Tiered System of Support that enables K-12 students to achieve curriculum mastery in half the typical time. This role centers on bringing an advanced intervention framework to school districts across the country—one that produces measurable learning gains through intelligent automation.

As an education startup, we need an MTSS implementation expert who has led district-level intervention programs from design through execution. Though our platform leverages AI rather than conventional methods, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS protocols and regulatory compliance will be vital in guiding districts through adoption of this superior model.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership positions (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
