Education Administration
We're seeking a skilled MTSS professional to lead the deployment of an AI-driven Multi-Tiered System of Support that enables K-12 students to achieve curriculum mastery in half the typical time. This role centers on bringing an advanced intervention framework to school districts across the country—one that produces measurable learning gains through intelligent automation.
As an education startup, we need an MTSS implementation expert who has led district-level intervention programs from design through execution. Though our platform leverages AI rather than conventional methods, your comprehensive knowledge of MTSS protocols and regulatory compliance will be vital in guiding districts through adoption of this superior model.
Our system fundamentally rethinks student support delivery using advanced AI that autonomously detects learning needs, administers precise interventions, and speeds academic progress. Your background in educational systems and rollout strategy will be instrumental in transitioning districts to this high-impact approach for student achievement.
If you're a seasoned MTSS practitioner prepared to expand research-backed interventions using transformative technology, let s connect.
What You Will Be Doing- Creating district-level implementation strategies that maximize uptake of our MTSS platform
- Tracking rollout metrics and evaluating student outcome data to confirm districts meet their performance targets
- Building bespoke solutions for individual clients instead of deploying our validated, uniform framework
- Concentrating on ongoing account maintenance rather than ensuring successful initial adoption
- Spending excessive time on paperwork and administration instead of producing tangible results
- Serving one district exclusively rather than rolling out implementations across multiple educational systems
Key Responsibilities
Drive measurable student success by guiding districts through effective deployment of our AI-powered MTSS framework to achieve quantifiable gains in academic performance.
Basic Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership positions (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Based in the United States with willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
