• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, management, consulting, client services, HR, or related fields
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable working independently in a contractor capacity
• Able to follow structured systems and processes consistently
• Availability to complete assigned tasks regularly
