• Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops that are culturally responsive and accessible to global audiences
• Conduct organizational needs assessments and collaborate with managers to create effective training programs
• Lead the onboarding program to ensure a seamless integration experience for new hires
• Track, analyze, and report on key Organizational Development (OD) deliverables to support data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, or related roles
• At least 1 year of experience with instructional design software/tools such as Camtasia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Articulate Rise
• At least 2 years of experience managing content in Share Point

• Experience with Articulate Storyline is strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Copilot
