The Department of Accounting at the University of Central Arkansas (201 Donaghey Ave., Conway, AR 72035) is seeking to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Accounting.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting, financial and managerial accounting and related courses.
• Engage and maintain an active research program leading to peer-reviewed publications.
• Mentor students and provide service to the department, college, university, and academic community.
• Evaluate and grade student work, assignments, and papers.
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.

Travel:
Domestic travel to attend conferences and conduct research, up to three times per year, for up to three nights per trip.

Doctorate (PhD) in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance;
Accounting;
Accountancy;
Finance; or a closely related field.

Additional experience and qualifications may be considered.

No specific licenses or certifications required, though relevant credentials are an advantage.
