- Develop and maintain maintenance training records for compliance and quality assurance
- Deliver training sessions including New Hire, Aircraft Model Specific, and Maintenance tracking software training
- Assist maintenance employees with training-related questions and needs
- Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training sessions
- Travel across the U.S. for training events (up to 50% of the time)
- 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 2 years in a CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
- 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO (within the last 6 months)
- 2 years of recent experience maintaining Pilatus PC-12 aircraft or providing formal instruction on the model
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Experience in a supervisory, project management, or inspector role
- Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft
- Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed wing industry or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
