Our students complete their academic work in just two concentrated morning hours using an AI-driven platform. The afternoons are reserved for immersive, skill-building workshops that prepare students for the real world and broaden their sense of possibility.

Instead of traditional instruction, you will serve as the mentor every learner needs—energizing them each day and cultivating critical life skills through engaging, experiential workshops. This position is not about running a standard virtual classroom; it’s about igniting curiosity, guiding students toward meaningful goals, and unlocking their full potential.

• Facilitating interactive virtual workshops focused on essential life skills including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking
• Guiding students through immersion tracks using project-based, hands-on methodologies
• Building a supportive, high-energy virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
• Leveraging learning data and analytics to personalize support and motivation for each student
• Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultures to provide a dynamic, adaptable learning experience

• Delivering traditional academic instruction (our AI tutors manage that)
• Adhering to a fixed schedule or conventional teaching framework
• Conducting lecture-based or passive learning sessions

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
• Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
• Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
• Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school

• Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
• Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
• Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For more details, see
