Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to produce accelerated reading progress. Your role: create and implement workshops that generate measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support our efforts to replicate this program at campuses nationwide.
This position is not about administrative lesson planning. It centers on evidence-based instruction, technology integration, and constructing a reading program capable of serving thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate practical insights
- Working alongside engineers to assess and optimize AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported curriculum materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading standards
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
