This position focuses on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of students.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
• Create personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
• Review student performance data to improve instruction and extract actionable findings
• Work alongside engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
• Build scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary students reach grade-level reading proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

$100,000 annual compensation ($50/hour), with weekly pay. Benefits begin day one, plus HSA/FSA and 401(k) Roth. Relocation assistance provided. On-site location required:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
