2 Hour Learning has developed a system enabling students to learn at double speed in only two hours per day. AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based pathways, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom design produce these results. The outcomes are strong. We now need a leader who can align execution across varied school models, strengthen academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in sound learning science.

This is not a theoretical academic position. It's a leadership responsibility. You'll be accountable for academic strategy in action, establish clear benchmarks, surface execution shortfalls, and guide high-performing teams to achieve measurable outcomes. You'll convert our scientific principles into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model globally.

• Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum development, motivation design, and application architecture.
• Overseeing academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and outcome-focused.
• Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and observing practice to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful barriers to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone management to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the external representative of 2 Hour Learning at senior levels, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence systemic transformation in educational thinking.

• Working on isolated curriculum initiatives that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or implementation.
• Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
• Using institutional credibility or abstract theory to convince skeptical audiences.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across schools, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrated results.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high-performing EdTech venture
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
