Educational Diagnostician (Contract) Opportunity
Bloom Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified Educational Diagnosticians to do educational summaries and conduct transition evaluations.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role
, offering flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work supporting diverse student populations.
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations
- Determine special education eligibility in accordance with federal and Texas regulations
- Prepare clear, well-documented evaluation reports
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and related service providers
- Ensure compliance with IDEA
, Section 504
, and Texas Commissioner’s Rules
- Master’s degree in Special Education
, Educational Psychology
, or a related field - Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
- Demonstrated experience conducting psycho educational assessments
- Strong working knowledge of special education law and compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Prior experience with telepractice or virtual evaluations
- Familiarity with electronic IEP systems
- Experience working with diverse, rural, or bilingual student populations
