Student Success Coach

• This is a 100% remote position and offers flexible scheduling.
• Competitive pay: $55 – $60 per hour based on experience (5-10 hours per week).

We’re looking for professionals who get it—who understand the unique challenges students with ADHD face and are ready to make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience (Special Ed Teachers, School Psychologists, Learning Specialists – We’re looking at you!)
• Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Tech‑savvy with platforms like Zoom, Google Suite, and Canvas

• Work 1:1 with students (5–15 hours a week, Monday–Thursday)
• Help them master time management, organization, and study skills
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to support each student’s success

• Candidates that advance past the screening interview will be invited to a final interview
• Must be a resident of either North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, or Wisconsin. We are not currently hiring outside of NC, TX, TN, and WI.
