• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops focused on life skills including collaboration, communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and creative expression
• Guiding students through immersion tracks using project‑based, hands‑on learning approaches
• Building a supportive, dynamic virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
• Leveraging learning analytics and student data to personalize encouragement and support for each individual
• Partnering with a diverse team of educators across multiple time zones to deliver a flexible, compelling learning experience

• Instructing traditional core academic subjects (our AI tutors manage that)
• Adhering to a fixed timetable or prescribed teaching approach
• Conducting lecture‑based, one‑directional learning sessions

• Valid US teaching certificate from any state
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
• Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
• Available to work full‑time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
• Ready to begin within 2‑3 weeks
• Excited to work in a tech‑forward, student‑centered school

• Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
• Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
• Background in project‑based learning, creative education, or alternative schools

This school is the first virtual, bilingual immersion school in Arizona.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
