• Designing academic frameworks that operationalize learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
• Conducting academic performance reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure organizational alignment, accountability structures, and outcome delivery across schools.
• Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and field observation into comprehensive academic system assessments that identify high‑impact obstacles to learning acceleration and recommend concrete solutions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone governance to sustain focus on student achievement objectives.
• Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence global perspectives on educational delivery.

• Engaging in narrow curriculum modifications that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or implementation pathways.
• Transferring accountability for results to mid‑level staff or external advisors.
• Depending on institutional prestige or conceptual arguments to win over critical audiences.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers high bar
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders
