• Ensure accessibility of course development and design by reviewing materials for compliance with WCAG 2.0, Section 508, WAI-ARIA, UAAG, and ATA
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to implement accessibility standards and provide necessary training
• Perform internal quality assurance reviews to enhance the quality, consistency, and accessibility of course materials
• Complete copy-editing of various resources related to course development and program review
• Develop strategies and resources for course development that focus on accessibility, style, and formatting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional-level experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience evaluating online course materials to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act)
• Proven record of strong writing and editing skills, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing database and applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Master’s degree
• Certification in technology or education access
• Web accessibility certification(s)
