About the Position:
The Director of Education (DOE) is responsible for the entire educational process at the school. This includes management of the school faculty and classrooms, adherence and compliance to the company policies, government regulations, and accreditation, plus managing the overall quality of the educational experience for our students. This position may require early morning, evening, and Saturday hours.
The salary range for this position is $ 57,000. per year.
Our ideal Candidate possesses 5-10 years of combined work experience and education as outlined below:
* Excellent skills in leadership, supervision, communication, and customer service.
* Management experience is required, and school operational management experience is preferred.
* School leadership experience in a post-secondary environment is a plus.
* Excellent skills in leadership, supervision, communication, and customer service.
* Proven ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing accreditation and/or compliance is preferred.
* A Vocational Diploma, or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
