As Paid Media Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving profitable customer acquisition and optimising performance at every stage of the funnel.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, bringing your expertise to shape channel strategy while getting hands-on with day-to-day campaign management and optimisation.

• Managing and optimising paid campaigns across search and emerging digital platforms
• Developing channel-specific strategies that align with broader business objectives
• Line management of PPC Executive
• Driving continuous performance improvement across key metrics including ROAS, CPA, and customer lifetime value
• Managing substantial advertising budgets and forecasting performance
• Testing and iterating on audiences, creative formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
• Producing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership teams
• Collaborating with creative, product, and commercial teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
• Staying ahead of platform updates and industry best practices

• Proven track record managing successful paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Tik Tok, and other emerging channels
• Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and analytics tools to drive decision-making
• Commercial awareness – you understand the commercial drivers of the business and optimise for profitability
• Self-starter mentality – proactive, resourceful, and confident taking ownership
• Excellent stakeholder management – able to communicate complex performance data clearly and influence decision-makers
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
