This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Madressa/Islamic Educator based in Durban. The role involves planning and delivering engaging Islamic education lessons tailored to the needs of students. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, instructing students, and incorporating innovative teaching methods. The educator will also provide mentorship, assess student progress, and foster a positive learning environment aligned with Islamic principles and values.

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to design and deliver comprehensive and engaging learning materials.
• Proficiency in Teaching and Training to effectively communicate and guide students through their educational journey.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with students, colleagues, and parents with clarity and professionalism.
• In-depth knowledge of Islamic studies and a commitment to teaching according to Islamic values and principles.
• Prior teaching experience or relevant qualifications in education or Islamic studies is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle lesson preparation and student progress assessments effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to enhance the overall learning environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field is preferred.
