Your role: create and facilitate workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the nationwide expansion of this program.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
• Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
• Examining student performance data to improve teaching methods and generate actionable findings
• Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI‑integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student interactions within these platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Available to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
