• Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities.
• Creating customized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers.
• Reviewing student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify practical insights.
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms using real classroom feedback.
• Building scalable, AI‑integrated instructional materials that help early elementary learners reach grade‑level reading proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree plus advanced reading instruction certification (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience providing small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades.
• Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student engagement patterns within those systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at one of these locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
