Your role: create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support us in replicating that program at campuses nationwide.
This role is not about administrative lesson planning. It centers on evidence-based teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops that develop phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and generate actionable recommendations
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade‑level reading proficiency
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑built curricula
- Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within these tools
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
