• Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and brand standards
• Perform manual quality checks and elevate items to Compliance when needed
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure timely approval of materials
• Manage asset life cycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated materials
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Strong background supporting marketing teams within the insurance industry, particularly with Long Term Care (LTC) products
• Familiarity with digital asset management and marketing workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Asana)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
• Clear communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams
• Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations and compliance tools

• Familiarity with advertising review processes for insurance regulators
• Advanced experience with asset management or workflow platforms
