• Provide on-site and virtual training stimuleren technical assistance to Head Start programs regarding governance, program management, and fiscal operations
• Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance identified through federal monitoring processes
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans addressing root causes of deficiencies
• Maintain regular communication with regional office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on corrective actions
• Coordinate training with specialists to ensure integration of management systems that enhance educational and family services

• Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
• 5+ years of experience in program or organizational management and fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
• 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
• 1+ years of experience addressing compliance issues within organizations
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

• Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training in program management and fiscal operations
