Your objective: create and facilitate workshops that generate quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support the expansion of that curriculum to campuses nationwide.

This role goes beyond lesson‑plan administration. It centers on evidence‑based teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading system that serves thousands of students.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
• Creating customized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching methods and extract actionable findings

• Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early bwe elementary students
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula
• Experienced with AI/

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
