CTE Coordinator

• Assist students in selecting appropriate academic and Career Readiness Education (CRE) courses
• Coordinate and provide administration and interpretation of career assessments
• Facilitate work‑based learning opportunities and develop students' employability skills
• Serve as a liaison with business, industry, education, and military communities to create partnerships
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with workforce trends

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of three (3) years of Career Readiness Education (CRE) experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using a student information system

• Experience as an online/virtual educator
• Familiarity with Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
