Student Success Coach, Alpha Anywhere (Remote) - $60,000/year USD finished

We’re looking for a Student Success Coach to help our students reach mastery in 2‑hour learning sessions. You’ll work remotely and use AI‑generated performance metrics to guide learners.

$30.00/hr – $30.00/hr (equivalent to $60,000/year for a 40‑hour work week)

• Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate solutions within 48 hours.
• Conducting short intervention calls to eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation.
• Leading post‑assessment coaching conversations to distinguish true knowledge deficits from simple mistakes and deliver clear action steps.
• Identifying enrollment irregularities or metric discrepancies immediately to protect data reliability.
• Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to enhance platforms and dashboards as the AI tutor advances.

• Attending prolonged meetings that leave your analyses unused.
• Producing generic presentations disconnected from measurable resultsčkom.
• Evaluating physical assignments or designing curriculum—the AI handles the instructional workload.

Provide immediate academic analysis and direct student interventions that maintain 2× learning velocity throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

• Experience in data science or a related role, education, EdTech, or a student‑support role with both analytical and interpersonal components.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a kid‑friendly coaching style.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term contractor position with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $30/hr, paid vastly. The role is immediately available.
