• Provide 1:1 tutoring support to first-year students via Zoom, email, or phone
• Complete online peer tutor training and apply feedback to improve tutoring sessions
• Maintain up-to-date records of student interactions and common challenges
• Conduct usability reviews of learning support platforms and provide actionable recommendations
• Attend regular meetings with supervisors and ensure timely attendance at scheduled shifts

• Currently enrolled UAGC student in good academic standing
• Successful completion of first-year courses with a minimum grade of B+ in each
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a solid understanding of English grammar and punctuation
• Knowledge and experience using Zoom and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to evaluate online content from a student perspective

• Experience as a CHAMPS mentor (current or past)
• Enrollment in an Education program
• Commitment to a minimum of 1 year in the role
• Experience providing peer feedback, mentoring, or tutoring in academic settings
