Job Overview

The Divisionенеיל seeks a highly skilled and motivated Curriculum Development Director in the Compliance and Policy Group within Member Services. The director reports directly to the Member Services Training Administrator and manages a team of curriculum developers who create, review, and maintain training materials. The role involves leading and managing direct reports and contractors, communicating complex policies, building relationships with stakeholders, managing multi‑project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines.

It is a full‑time position with a hybrid work program – most work is done remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research content and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop curriculum content for a remote learning environment.
  • Lead a team to design, develop, or revise instructional materials, including facilitator guides, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources.
  • Oversee evaluation and revision of curriculum materials based on feedback and assessment data, ensuring adherence to program standards and guidelines.
  • Produce clear, effective written materials and multimedia presentations in a variety of formats, including e‑learning.
  • Implement curriculum development plans, lesson development plans, and instructional development plans.
  • Stay current on best practices in curriculum development and educational technologies to support adult learners.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Incorporate activities that engage and encourage participation.
  • Review learning assessments to ensure they measure desired outcomes.
  • Supervise curriculum modifications to improve Kirkpatrickinstant levels 1, 2, and 3 outcomes.
  • Adapt to new processes, procedures, and software as needed by the department and organization.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    Graduate from an accredited four‑year college or university with a bachelor’s degree and possess three years of full‑time professional experience closely related to program work, plus one year of training duties. Experience may be substituted for education up to a maximum of two years (year‑for‑year). Alternatively, qualifying full‑time professional experience may replace the required education, up to a maximum of four years (year‑for‑year).
