** Scent Design Associate**, you will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes.

** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
* Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, consumer insights, marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities
* Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles
* Consumer Insights strategy: define what to learn from consumers to gain competitive advantage and build winning consumer relevant solutions
* Manage the execution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creative exploration and differentiation
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with (internal) stakeholders and gain their trust and respect
* Communicate and maintain awareness on market developments and competitive insights and actively share knowledge with other parts of the organization
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Excellent olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory
* Ability to effectively identify potential fragrance or technology solutions based on market relevance
* Solid understanding of market/consumer trends and consumer behaviors/ preferences
* Fragrance ingredient and technology understanding to facilitate communication with technical teams and perfumers
* Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and assess stability risks
* Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research or any other relevant discipline
* Fluent in English
* Open minded, strong agility and shows courage
* Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
* Commercial mindset, bottom line oriented
* Team player, ability to motivate others towards a common goal to achieve results
* Excellent influencing skills across all levels within the organization
