The Senior Learning Architect applies content knowledge and instructional design principles to create digital instructional materials . This role utilizes human-driven and AI-driven content creation workflows to ensure high quality, pedagogical soundness, and alignment with learning goals and product requirements.

Position Information :
This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Learning Architecture Manager.
Compensation :
Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 64,678.00 and $ 74,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Independently manage creation of quality instructional components of print and digital products using both human- and AI-driven workflows.
- Use AI tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency of content development and work processes; stay updated on new developments.
- Analyze standards and other curriculum requirements to lead development of project blueprints, scope and sequences, guidelines and other documents needed for content development.
- Contribute to projects for multiple products and outside of primary area of expertise.
- Write and edit educational materials (lessons, activities, assignments, assessment items, etc.) for assigned products and content areas.
- Regularly lead product development project teams comprised of internal team members, contingent workforce, and/or vendors and independent contractors.
