• Participate in multiple internal learning projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define success measures
• Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions, including participant and facilitator materials
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions for various client programs
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to enhance course content and effectiveness

• 3+ years of experience in applying adult learning practices for training needs assessments and content development
• Diploma, certificate, or degree in adult education with knowledge of adult learning principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in designing interactive eLearning modules and developing scripts for digital assets

• Experience with Vyond, Articulate 360, Office 365, MS Teams, Audacity, and Snag-it
• Familiarity with creating and editing voiceovers using AI-based text-to-speech applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
