Role:
Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator

We are looking for an Unthinker to join us to design and facilitate learning experiences our clients can’t wait to attend. Reporting directly to the Founders, the Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator will play a pivotal role in shaping our exciting future.

Specifically, we need someone who is able to both generate and execute ideas to elevate learning experiences throughout design and facilitation stages as well as contribute to the strategic vision of the company.

What we don’t offer:

• Time sheets - we are not a Big4 consultancy (thank god)
• Lots of processes
• Slow decision making

• Associate roles
• An extensive interview process (but we do value people showing high agency/proactivity and creativity)

Please note that you might have to deliver Learning Experiences between 1-4 days a week (mostly in London). We don't have an office - so on days you are not delivering we you would work from home.
