The Role
The core responsibility of this role is to proactively support the Apprenticeship Team and the wider team across the university, maintaining high-quality contact with apprentices, employers, and End Point Assessment Organisations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who has an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude towards establishing new and continually improving processes. You will have a passion for education, development and helping learners achieve their potential via apprenticeships, champion technology to underpin and evidence apprentices' learning, and support the journey towards successful apprenticeship completion.
About YouYou will have sound knowledge of data protection regulations, experience coordinating events and activities, and experience in an apprenticeship or higher education environment. Awareness of learner support needs is advantageous.
You can work well under pressure, meet deadlines, interpret information from various sources, balance competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail and service level.
