Your role: create and implement workshops that yield quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide program expansion across our campuses.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
• Creating individualized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
• Examining student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading standards

• Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Competent in evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
