We’re looking for an experienced instructional coach to lead adaptive reading workshops, develop gamified literacy benchmarks, review data, partner with engineers, and build scalable AI‑enhanced materials for early elementary students.
Base Pay Range$50.00/hr – $50.00/hr ($100,000 annual salary, weekly pay). Health benefits start day one, HSA/FSA, 401(k) Roth.
Relocation assistance provided.
On‑site role in Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities.
- Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks.
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns.
- Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes.
- Building scalable, AI‑enhanced materials that enable early elementary students to reach grade‑level reading proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement within them.
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Prepared to work on‑site at one of the following locations:
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position immediately available and requires entering an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
