Salary: $17.75/hour (minimum) to $32.31/hour (maximum)

- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate via email in French
- Experience with CRM software (an asset)
- Studies specializing in Bio Med, Marketing or Library Sciences
- Analyze and maintain accurate contact information
- Review print returns and update mailing lists by removing undeliverables and researching new addresses
- Monitor digital bouncebacks and update email addresses where possible
- Merge duplicate contacts in print distribution lists
- Assist with initiatives to grow readership and distribution lists

The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English.
Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
