Position:  Education Content Specialist

Commitment:
10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and analyze educational texts for instructional clarity and coherence.
Identify how concepts are presented in learning contexts to enhance understanding.
Sequence pedagogical content logically and assess its teaching effectiveness.
Draft clear explanations or evaluations grounded in instructional theory.
Support AI systems in understanding complex educational ideas like motivation theory and instructional sequencing.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving educational content.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or learning design.
Familiarity with educational psychology and learning theory (e.g., motivation, cognition).
Strong writing and analytical skills in educational contexts.
Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of pedagogy and conceptual frameworks.
