Role Description
This is a full-time Remote/hybrid role for an Admissions Specialist at our Kerala location, allowing for a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Admissions Specialist will assist students through the study abroad application process, provide guidance on university and course selection, and support students with visa and test preparation documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with university partners, managing applicant records, and delivering exceptional service to students and families to ensure a seamless admission journey.

Qualifications
Knowledge of international education systems, university application processes, and visa requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively advise and support students.
Administrative and documentation skills, including data management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or any related field; experience in international education consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
