Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Academic Manager. The Academic Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing educational programs, developing curriculum in alignment with standards, and ensuring the effective implementation of teaching methodologies. Day-to-day tasks include supervising curriculum design, evaluating content quality, collaborating with educators to enhance learning experiences, analyzing educational outcomes, and facilitating communication between teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in Educational Management and knowledge of effective leadership practices
Skills in Curriculum Development with a strong understanding of educational frameworks and methodologies
Effective Communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate educational outcomes and improve teaching strategies
Formal training or qualification in Education or a related field
Commitment to improving early childhood education and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences
Proficiency in project management and ability to adhere to deadlines
Prior experience in education or academic planning is an asset
