Roles and Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality online coding lessons tailored to the needs of students at various skill levels.
Create engaging, interactive, and comprehensive lesson plans to effectively teach programming languages, with a focus on JavaScript.
Utilize various online teaching platforms and tools to enhance the virtual learning experience.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners and ensure that all students achieve measurable progress.
Provide timely feedback and assessment to students to guide their learning process and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends in coding and programming education to incorporate cutting-edge practices into teaching.
Facilitate online discussions, workshops, and tutorials to foster a collaborative learning environment among students.
Manage administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, maintaining student records, and evaluating course effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching coding and programming languages in an online setting.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript, along with other essential programming languages.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Capability to create well-structured lesson plans and adapt teaching styles to meet individual student needs.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and course requirements efficiently.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive virtual learning environment.
Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in computer science, programming, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct live virtual classes and provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students as needed.
Evaluate, assess, and track student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
Collaborate with peers to enhance curriculum content and teaching methodologies.
Develop supplementary materials and resources to support student learning and engagement.
Maintain open and effective communication with students and respond to inquiries promptly.
Ensure a supportive, effective, and interactive online learning environment for all students.
Participate in continuous professional development to improve teaching skills and subject knowledge.
